Just had a lounge and hall, stairs, landing carpet cleaned by the lovely couple who run Carpetmonsters. The service as 5 stars and more. Very friendly, trustworthy and respectful of our home. They were personally recommended and I can see why. Quality of cleaning is excellent, carpets look new ! Highly recommend !
What an amazing team! Andy and Gaynor did a fantastic job of cleaning our furniture and carpet. Can’t recommend them enough - we will be recommending to all our friends and family in the area! Reasonably priced and they came at quite short notice.
Spilled a can of Coke in the middle of my brand new light cream living room carpet. Andrew and Gaynor came the next day and got it out with ease. Super professional, friendly and clearly experts they knew what to do and what not to do given the type of stain and composition of my carpet. Very appreciative will definitely use again! X
Simply amazing, I've just moved over to my new flat and the carpet has been left in a dreadful conditions (cat urine stains, general dirt...) as soon as I saw the reviews I did not hesistate to contact Carpet monsters, I can't stop thank them for the amazing job they have done! Clean, fast and professional! Fully recommend them!
Would 100% recommend this company for any sofa and carpet cleaning needs. Great friendly service! We have a dog who has stained our sofa which I thought was something that would never have been able to be cleaned but it now looks as good as new! Thanks so much would recommend!
