Excellent service and experience. We had our drive jet washed, gutters cleaned and some arm chairs cleaned. We were expecting to have to replace the chairs but they now look brand new. Driveway also looks immaculate. Mark communicated swiftly throughout, was very personable and was very kind to our two young children who were very curious about his machinery. Perfect quick service, had a sick stain on the carpet, which mark was able to come and remove completey within 45 minutes on a saturday morning and charged a very fair price for the service. Could not have asked for a better job.

I can't recommend Fresh Start Cleaning Solutions highly enough. Mark is a very personable guy, who arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets at a very reasonable price. With the system he uses carpets were ready for use in a couple of hours. I was particularly impressed with my hall carpet that had endured mucky footprints and pushchair wheels over recent weeks. When Mark had finished it looked like new. I will definitely be using this company again and referring friends and family.

Great service, came out within 2 hours and managed to recover a carpet from flood damage that I thought was destroyed. Very friendly, professional and polite. Would highly recommend and good value. We will use every time now.

I needed a full house spring clean (really needed!) and Jo plus her gang of 2 worked magic. They cleaned every corner and left my house sparkling and smelling amazing, staying longer to make sure it was finished. I can’t recommend them enough.

What would I do without Vicky? She is thorough, cheerful and works very hard. She and Kathleen? (Forgotten name sorry I am old) have been a the dream team the last few weeks but everyone needs a day off so Vicky bought a trainee this week. She has trained her well! At 17 they can’t usually clean their own rooms but this youngster quietly tackles everything quietly and efficiently. They have just left and the house smells lovely. thank you
