After speaking to Marie and explaining what was needed her team worked so hard the house is now clean and fresh and the carpet looks brand new. Use these guys recently to do a deep clean of a family home. They did a mostly good job. 1 or 2 things were missed like the sitting room light fitting and the bin under the sink but I won't hold it against them as what they did do (which was 99% of the things they said they would) was done well. Only bit of constructive criticism is I don't think they were aware of how to structure the cleaning around a dog, which I told them would be present. Should have done it in a way that allowed the dog to roam (eg downstairs sitting room/ dining room first.) But no biggy. Also they never responded to my messages afterwards asking for pricing for follow up assignments but that's thier prerogative. Overall I would recommend these guys. They were polite, professional and could be trusted to work alone
