Was helped by a lovely man called Steve. I was having problems of a leak under my kitchen sink couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. Steve came in very professional and fixed it for me. Highly would recommend!

Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.

We had George Kitchen Plumbing and Heating to replace our oil boiler and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Called Peerless Plumbing following a boiler failure: Tyron arrived within 30mins to assess remedial action needed. A straightforward like for like replacement was possible, but we knew our dated system was best replaced. Tyron gave a comprehensive quote for both options promptly and importantly said they could start the work within a week! As Xmas was close and visitors due, we were extremely pleased to accept his offer. The team were a pleasure to have here and their professionalism a credit to the firm. We confidently recommend asking them for a quote :)

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Tyron and his team! Wanted a Combi boiler swap, however we’re told by British Gas it may not be possible without replacing much of the pipework due to potential leaks. Peerless Plumbing stepped in and had the job completed within 2 days! Tyron came round and assured us the work could be done, taking the time to explain everything before starting. The team were professional, efficient, and extremely tidy. An excellent job, and we’re really pleased. Highly recommend to anyone.

Quite a small place with just a few tables indoor and out. We ordered paninis and were served what I'd call toasties. They were tasty, but not quite what expected. I love a good fruit scone so ordered one to finish off, mine was a little dry for my taste with just a couple of sultanas. Perhaps just a dodgy batch because the rest of the cakes on offer looked amazing. Would revisit if we were in the area again.

Complete all-round service..took out old storage heaters and installed new eco electric rads.and extractor fan in the bathroom.all the old heaters points are now single sockets.(bonus). Very competent in what they do and very knowledgeable on these heaters ,always willing to answer any questions..he put the heaters were we wanted them and very tidy after each room was done.would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of an election to carry out work, especially if you want acquire some free tools as Kyle has a habit of leaving them. (Lol) sort him out Becky..well done you to excellent work.

Kyle and Becky are excellent. They took over a complex renovation when the previous electricians walked out. We had very clear instructions of how we wanted things done which the previous electricians just couldn’t (or wouldn’t) follow. Kyle and Becky came in and just got on with it with no drama and came in ahead of schedule. We’re thrilled with what they’ve done and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are a non-local developer who recently acquired a commercial property for conversion. In order to insure the building, we urgently required electrical certification. After calling several local electricians late in the afternoon, Kyle was the first to respond and attended the site the very next morning. He suggested the most efficient and cost effective solution and we scheduled the work for the following week when we returned. Kyle attended promptly as arranged, carried out the work and issued the required certification without delay. Furthermore, he is a genuinely nice individual and a pleasure to deal with. We had a problem with our oil boiler in late October. We called out a local company who responded very promptly and sent an engineer out the same day. He was also very prompt in condemning the boiler and providing us with a £6000 replacement quote without even switching the unit on. The boiler is a Bosch and not even that old. I obviously sought a second opinion and was recommended D Ellerby Heating. Gave Dan a call and arranged for him to pay us a visit. The long and the short of it is that after his first visit he got the supposedly irreparable boiler up and running with a temporary fix so we could be warm and then returned to carry out the permanent fix a few day’s later. I can’t recommend Dan enough, he is very reasonable with his prices and an altogether excellent human being. Needless to say all future boiler works will be carried out by him. Mark is a fantastic plumber and gas engineer! Had a leaking boiler, he responded to my message within five minutes and came to have a look quickly. Boiler now fixed. Very happy with such a professional and friendly service. Mark is very honest and does not rip you off. Highly recommend. I wont use any other plumber now.

The service is amazing. When you walk through the door, it is obvious how important all animals are to everyone from the lovely receptionists to the caring vets. The costs are so much cheaper than other local vets. I cannot praise them enough.

Superb service, care and attention. All the staff make you feel valued and explain clearly and concisely their prognosis, and at no point do you feel rushed or pressured. Our 5yr dog became seriously ill while we were at our lodge on a Saturday. Luckily to find Aldervale veterinary practice open. They fitted an appointment in for us straight away even though our dog isn't registered with them. They dealt with our dog and ourselves with dignity and respect and went through all the procedures and cost of treatment. Initially our dog was started off on treatment but had to be transferred to Market rasen for further tests and additional treatments for 3 nights. It was touch and go for our fur baby and very upsetting and anxious for us. They gave us regular phone updates to. Thanks to the amazing veterinary support from the team he pulled through. We highly recommend Aldervale vets, Ashby-By-Partney. Many thanks to all of you ❤️

Sadly we had to have our dog put to sleep. The nurse and vet on duty that terrible evening were superb in dealing with 2 grieving owners. Talking to us during the process and giving us as much time with our Little Miss to say goodbye. Will never forget your compassion and kindness. Ian & Michelle

First time visit to this pub in the small and very pretty village of Raithby. Quickly seated with a warm welcome. Shown the specials board and left to decide what we want. We both had the prawn starter, then we had chicken schnitzel and also the Hake with wild boar tortellini. I cannot emphasise enough what a fabulous dish the Hake was. It melted in your mouth. Beautifully cooked. And if they ever decide to make the wild boar tortellini a full main..I'll be there. Being absolutely stuffed we somehow managed an affogato between us.

Great dog friendly pub and restaurant with very friendly staff. And not forgetting Hockney, the owners pooch, who is adorable! The pub was busy on both occasions we visited. We both had their burgers, which were very tasty. Great selection of Gins. And on draught, there was Batemans XB and Ferry Ales Brewery, Intruder and Spirit of Jane. Please note that you need to book a table!!

I needed to update my consumer unit/ fuse box. Dan explained the scale of the task and the different phases - including the need for complete testing of the renovated system. He also provided me with a certificate on completion. The job included some difficult loft work to replace an inadequate cable to the shower, readying it for a more powerful future upgrade. The work was done on time and on the agreed date. Very happy to recommend.

Dan replaced the internal lighting in our windmill, a Grade 2* listed building which is owned by a local building preservation trust. Dan was meticulous in first of all identifying what we needed, including improvements in the type and locations of the existing light fittings, and subsequently the installation of the lighting to make sure that it met out needs. Dan’s quote was by far the best we received and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We now have a brighter, safer and much more efficient lighting system in the mill, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan’s services.
