Absolutely lovely people that work at this veterinary, we recently lost our Cat sparkles to a tumour the vet made the situation as comfortable for me and my family and Sparkles as possible . I had a truly heartwarming experience at Shrubbery Veterinary Center. While driving, I spotted an injured hedgehog on the road and immediately knew I had to help. I rushed him to Shrubbery Veterinary Center, where the team took him in right away. Their compassionate and efficient care was remarkable—they quickly assessed his condition and ensured he received the treatment he needed. It was clear that they genuinely care about animals and their well-being. I’m incredibly grateful for their swift action and expert care. Amazing, caring and compassionate Vets. Having to say goodbye to my shadow was one of the toughest things to do but the staff at the Shrubbery were super supportive throughout the entire process. They cared for him from a pup to a ripe old age with his checkups and boosters which he always loved as going there meant a fuss being made of him. When the time is right we will be back with a new addition to the family but for now it’s hugs all round to you beautiful people. X

My dog had her six month health check last week. All good. The vets I have met are lovely, very happy to answer questions and provide guidance. The reception team are welcoming and helpful. Very happy to have registered following recommendation from our dog trainer.

I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as I was quoted 2 different prices for the same product on two different calls, plus told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't. However I'm now changing my review as on Saturday Maxine called and sorted everything out for me, and today Caroline has called to apologise for the issues I had, so they have completely restored my faith and they are the best vets in the area still... thanks

Meopham veterinary hospital saw my six month old English Bull Terrier within an hour of me contacting them. I was seriously concerned about his condition which had deteriorated frighteningly quickly. On arrival we were attended to immediately, his history reviewed, temperature taken and informed as to how the diagnosis and treatment would proceed. After some hours in hospital (with plenty of affection from staff) he was allowed home for the night with an arranged appointment for the following morning. Fortunately he appeared slightly better and agreed that close monitoring was now needed and a prompt return to hospital should we feel it necessary. No extra medication was suggested. Thank you, from a very grateful and relieved owner.

Highly Recommended - Great First Experience! We recently registered our Cavapoochon, Flo (Florence), with Meopham Vets and were thoroughly impressed with our first visit. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. Vet Megan, in particular, stood out for being incredibly informative and helpful. Flo felt completely at ease with her, which was such a delight to see. Megan took the time to explain everything in detail, including the Pet Health Club plan, which we decided to join. We’re confident this was the right decision for Flo’s ongoing care. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we’re so pleased to have chosen Meopham Vets.

I just turned up at their door quite late in the evening as I thought my dog Kai was choking, they saw me straight away, he had kennel cough & 3 days later I again just turned up & was seen within 10 mins, Kai had pneumonia & was admitted, they couldn’t have been more helpful, kind & got him on the mend within a day. Highly recommended by myself & Kai

When would you ever have a bad experience at Meopham vets? They are always thorough, kind, informative, listen to you and friendly towards both people and pets. That's both reception staff and vet on this occasion. My dog, Oscar, loves going although he's pleased to leave after being prodded!

Being nervous about visits to the dentist I read a lot of reviews before choosing Novel. The whole team were friendly and relaxed me and I felt reassured immediately. I've had two separate visits to Novel Dental thanks to some painful wisdom teeth, and the team all the way from the receptionist through to the Dentist and assistant have been fantastic. Highly recommend! Very lovely and friendly staff🥰 I had two wisdom teeth removed, no significant pain or complications after. Also, had one dental implant done, very efficient, fits perfectly. No words to describe how comfortable I felt, the nurse Aurelija asked every 2min if I am okay and if I weel any discomfort. Will come back many many times ! Currenty doing teeth whitening which they provided, and already see great results!

I am very pleased that I decided to go to River Mole Dentist for my dental work. They are always very efficient and helpful. I've had great Invisalign treatment with Dr Amita Gor, lasted 18 months as advised pre treatment and had regular check-ins at each stage for next steps / any issues. We were due to fly on holiday on Friday morning and our daughter informed us late on Thursday that the wire on her brace had broken! Dr Gor kindly squeezed us in as an emergency and replaced the wire..... We were due for a routine appointment when we got back from our Hols! First class service from our Dental Practice in Cobham.

My husband and I are on our 5th of 6 nights staying at this remarkable historic landmark Inn. Keeping in mind that it's 400+ years old (amazing!!) you can't expect luxurious accommodations. However, it's more than adequate for what you might expect. Clean, spacious, great housekeeping service, and best of all - huge delicious breakfast included in the room charge. Staff are friendly and always around for help. Ubers pick us up within 5 minutes of ordering rides. There's a wonderful community owned shop a few steps down the road with everything you might need. It's a gorgeous town. I highly recommend staying at the Leather Bottle. We chose it for the Dickens history but even without that (fascinating stuff!!) we would love this place and stay again.

Wonderfully atmospheric Dickensian hostelry, with reasonably priced, good food, great drinks range, efficient and very friendly service, a varied and fun programme of various events, and a pleasant mix of visitors, tourists and locals. A credit to the excellent landlady and highly recommended.

Great character and lovely staff, conveniently located for visiting Medway towns, particularly Rochester, from a rural setting. Limited vegetarian options on the menu but they were very accommodating of the individual in our group with multiple food allergies (theres always one!!) Would definitely recommend, its a rare treat to stay in such a beautifully preserved 17thC coaching inn

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.

Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer. Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem. An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Brian's company were fab, they came out the same day that we called them, and a new boiler was fitted 3 days later. The staff were friendly, helpful and friendly. Would heartily recommend this company for plumbing issues.

Lovely, Friendly Village Pub. Great selection of Ales. We were staying at a local hotel but got the bar was shut, so drove to the nearest village. First pub was already closed (just after 10PM). Darnley Arms had a big car park & friendly helpful bar maid.

Stayed on Friday 12 July 2024, arrived about 18:00 on my motorcycle (safe parking) was shown to my room and left to settle in, no rush no fuss, lovely. Changed and headed downstairs to order my meal and settle the bill in advance as I was heading out early. Very friendly staff and owners, rooms clean, kettle with tea and coffee, tv, good shower hot and powerful. Food (fish and chips) was 1st class and the local beer was very good too, if I'm in that area again I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic. The clinic I was with before noticed a heart murmur from my cat but suggested it was anxiety and wouldn't need looking into. I received a second opinion from Andy here who said he would suggest I looked into it with a heart scan due to know issues with his breed. Thankfully he was right to advise this as my cat has since been diagnosed with HCM which is fatal for cats and is now under the correct care to prolong his life as long as possible. The reception team are also very helpful, it's a great service all around.
