Matt has done an extensive work in my house, replacing all wiring and relocation of the main distribution board. He also delivered the work in stages to work around us as we lived in the house being renovated. He is very flexible and in few instances recommended better solution even if it meant more work for him. He was able to make good in some installation areas so it removed requirement for painter decorator. He has attention to detail, good workmanship and genuinely cares for his customer. I can confidently recommend him to any homeowner or landlord.

John has now carried out 3 jobs for us, the first was at very short notice when we needed to check our consumer unit for the correct rating for a new cooker. John informed us that the cabling was the wrong rating and was honest enough to tell us that it would cost us a lot more to upgrade the cabling. He then checked our existing cooker and pointed out that it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer to see what they could in having our existing cooker serviced which we did at the fraction of the cost of having to re-wire our cooker and buying a new cooker. John also re- wired a new double socket and fixed a light fitting. John was exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgable and we received a great service from him. We will certainly use him again and have no concerns about recommending him to others.

Quick and convenient visit to price job. Received a couple of quotes for a replacement boiler, detailing what the options were, what works would be done and an honest suggestion that the cheaper option might be the best. Arranged a day for the fitting a week later. Peter turned down my offer of some money "up front". Plumber arrived on time. Got on with the job. Had some difficulty with removing the existing boiler. Fitted new one. Kept mess and noise to a minimum. Cleared up any mess made. Took away all waste, including old boiler. All completed in a day. Including all new pipework, inline filter, new condensation pipe and sealing of holes. Peter took his time going through the operation of the new system, remote controller and interface. He logged the guarantee for us without being asked to. Left us all certificates and paperwork. Invoiced promptly and I was happy to pay promptly too. A polite, efficient, proficient tradesman. I visit regularly. It's a nice, cosy café with fantastic freshly made baguettes, sandwiches, paninis, and homemade cakes. They also serve fresh coffee, a small selection of wine, and bottled beers. The staff are friendly. When the sun's shining, there's a great secluded grassy area out front where you (and your dog!) can sit and enjoy your food and drink. It's a real oasis in this part of Sittingbourne. Enjoy!

Lovely place hidden away in a quiet corner. Great service, very clean, good value and nice portion sizes. It's unusual for a place to get a tick for all of these, but The Hub does. Can't wait for my next visit.

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

Words can not describe how professional Connor is. The work I asked for in my home was no small thing. Connor turned up on time, came back with a quote that was more than reasonable. I’m having Connor back in 2023 to finish off the rest of the home. I did not even get another quote, because I knew right away he was the perfect person to do the job. Fantastic with my partner and children, had time for a small talk, and most of all gave recommendations as to what would work better, rather than trying to bump up the cost.

Connor has done quite a bit of electrical work for us now. He is very professional and a real perfectionist. My kitchen light was very difficult to fit but he made it look so easy.
