At last - a first class restaurant on the doorsteps of New Cross Gate. Authentic and stylish Vietnamese food and drink. I had the addictive and crunchy salt and pepper chicken wings and spicey beef pho. A perfect big hearty lunch!
I tried pork belly chargrill salad, it was absolutely authentic and tasty. And the beef pho was also great, will definitely go back. 90s vibe music was a little funny otherwise I really enjoyed my lunch.
went for lunch and tried this new place. nicely decorated and staffs are nice and helpful. i had vegan pho which was delicious and big portion, prawn summer rolls, the sauce is on point. wish they do halal options in future tho.
The decor is really nice, and the food is pleasant overall. The pho was good, and I enjoyed the squid cake. The salad, however, had too much dressing, which made it overly sweet. My ice coffee was only half a cup for some reason, I would’ve expected it to fill the whole cup for £5.
Best Vietnamese spot in New Cross! Pho 80 is such a gem. Lovely interior and atmosphere, great service and most importantly absolutely incredible food!!! Authentic Vietnamese spring rolls were the best I’ve ever had - so incredibly full of flavour. The rare beef pho has a rich, flavourful broth and very tender high quality beef. The noodles are perfectly cooked too. Would definitely recommend!
