Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. As it turns out I didn’t have a problem, but felt assured it had been checked thoroughly. Reasonable price compared to other local services. Would recommend.

A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. We can finally sleep at night without having to woken up by scuttling and squeaks

Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything. From his first visit we had no activity again! We highly recommend!

Amazing service, I would definitely recommend. Salihan was professional, patient, thorough, reliable and went above and beyond to help me get rid of the mice in my house. After just one visit we caught 5 mice and he kindly came over to remove them the next day (he didn’t have to). He was understanding that I was fearful of them and was brilliant about it all. Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

We had a problem with what we thought was a dormant old wasps nest in the attic. On arrival the operative - seemed nice chap, smiling despite the concern on my face went to the location and quickly determined it was dormant or old but said he would remove it for no charge :-) On doing so he then discovered a live nest in the eaves I had not spotted and removed that successfully. Buzz Off saved the day! After another pest control company failed to solve my wasp problem, Buzz Off's two-person team stepped in and exceeded my expectations. They used binoculars, took their time to find exactly where the wasps were entering, and even suited up to climb a tall ladder for a close-up spray of the nest high on the roof. We initially used Pestbuster to look after our pest control but we have since taken on the additional service of sanitary disposal as Pestbuster proved to be a much more regular service at a more cost effective rate than our previous supplier. Having built up a great rapport with sales manager, Debbie, if ever we have an issue, I know that it will be dealt with quickly. We are now currently having our business centre cladding cleaned...a huge job, 6 days so far, cherry picker, jet wash ...the works all whilst 70 business carry out their day to day business. The operatives have been nothing but efficient and professional with no detrimental effect on my clients. Cannot recommend this company more highly. Great job!!.

Had cause to use this company to clear mothers house which was left in a horrendously filthy and obscenely cluttered state by so called 'carer'. Andy, Darren and Keith were excellent in both their work and their compassion towards my family in the extremely difficult circumstances that we found ourselves in. Highest standards all round.
