An absolute gem of a restaurant tucked away on New Cross rd, big fan of all the food esp chilli shredded beef and almond lemon chicken - but I try smthg new each time and it never disappoints

Cute family-owned spot for all your classic, homey and nostalgic British Chinese dishes. The food isn’t fancy but prices are reasonable and all the dishes are made fresh to order.
We'd heard that Uncle Wrinkle was a hidden gem and it certainly is.
The braised pork belly was my favourite dish, but everything was good.
Don't expect a fancy restaurant. Expect good, family-style food instead.

The freshness and quality of the ingredients really shine through in every bite, making Uncle Wrinkle the best of its kind in London. I only wish every Chinese takeaway could match this level of excellence.
