Grant is a brilliant plumber. His communication is excellent. Always arrives on time and his work is first class. He has done several jobs for us now and every time has repaired or fitted new parts quickly and efficiently leaving no mess and at a very fair price. Connor came to look at our boiler when it failed within a few hours and when he realised it needed replacing (it was nearly 15 years old) he was back within a few days and completed the work in only a few hours. A lovely chap and very knowledgeable. His work is fantastic and his prices very reasonable.

My boiler has been playing up in my caravan for weeks, then it finally give up. I found ACS on Google with great reviews. Spoke to Connor on monday 7th august who was very professional, honest and polite, he recommended a new boiler. In which he quoted me for that day. I went ahead with quote and everything was ordered and fitted on the Wednesday 9th August. My daughter was at van at time of fitting, and she stated he was punctual, professional and clean, he also went through everything with her regarding operation of boiler. So would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

Now then we moved to North Somercotes in Feb this year. As you do we looked for tradesman to supply and fit a new Oil heating system. This chap Conner from ACS Gas was recommended so over he came. Well the jobs now done and its Brill. Conner is a Top Chap great eye for detail and allways willing to go the extra Mile and offer help and advice on best way forward. The new Navien Boiler is brill and has a 10 year parts and Labour warranty so very happy and toasty Paps🤣. Ps If you do have Conner all you need to do is feed him loads of Coffee ☕ as this keeps him awake.🙂🤣👍. Thanks mate

We were told by a friend to contact ACS Gas as previous engineers have let us down. Connor was on time and carried out our gas safety check thouraly and advised us on advisory work for the future to comply with regulations and answered all our questions. He was a lovely guy and I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs. Very happy customer 😀

I like to use local where possible. I hit the jackpot with Mark. He did a brilliant service on our old boiler cleaning several years of crud out. We only moved in 3 months ago and it was apparently serviced regularly!! NOT very well obviously!

Mark is a fantastic plumber and gas engineer! Had a leaking boiler, he responded to my message within five minutes and came to have a look quickly. Boiler now fixed. Very happy with such a professional and friendly service. Mark is very honest and does not rip you off. Highly recommend. I wont use any other plumber now.

Wayne was very friendly on the phone and seemed very approachable. He sorted the issues we had by doing a thorough investigation as our house is not an easy one with regards to old plumbing over the years, something that other plumbers have struggled with! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication using email and texts when organising the work, which made the whole process very efficient. A new set of kitchen taps were purchased and installed by Wayne in less than 36 hours after I had first contacted him as a potential new customer. The taps were installed neatly and correctly without any mess being made in the property.

The service is amazing. When you walk through the door, it is obvious how important all animals are to everyone from the lovely receptionists to the caring vets. The costs are so much cheaper than other local vets. I cannot praise them enough.

Superb service, care and attention. All the staff make you feel valued and explain clearly and concisely their prognosis, and at no point do you feel rushed or pressured. I had an emergency with my dog and after phoning was told to come in straight away and was seen within 10 minutes. Highly recommended 👍

Friendly, professional practice with lovely staff! Our little one had to have surgery and I was extremely nervous. The nurse was so sweet and encouraging with us. She talked through the whole procedure and put our minds at rest, whilst making a fuss of our girl and talking sweetly to her. Later she called for us to collect her and was once again cheery and encouraging. We received first class treatment, so want to say "Thank you and well done!"

Our 5yr dog became seriously ill while we were at our lodge on a Saturday. Luckily to find Aldervale veterinary practice open. They fitted an appointment in for us straight away even though our dog isn't registered with them. They dealt with our dog and ourselves with dignity and respect and went through all the procedures and cost of treatment. Initially our dog was started off on treatment but had to be transferred to Market rasen for further tests and additional treatments for 3 nights. It was touch and go for our fur baby and very upsetting and anxious for us. They gave us regular phone updates to. Thanks to the amazing veterinary support from the team he pulled through. We highly recommend Aldervale vets, Ashby-By-Partney. Many thanks to all of you ❤️

Exceptional !! ordered a warm sausage roll, piece of cheese cake and coffee. The coffee was stunning, the sausage roll was possibly the best I have ever had, and the deserts... Well, they where to die for... !! presentation of the food 5star !!. Anywhere else we would have got a white plate with just what we asked for... But not here, we got a lovely addition of salad, crisps and fruit items. The staff where engaging and the service was excellent... We sat upstairs.... I can not fault anything, go and see for yourself, Spilsby is very lucky to have this little gem, well worth a visit.

Dan was recommended to us by another tradesman who was working at our property, and we are grateful to them for this recommendation. Dan has fitted a solar system with batteries as well as updating our consumer unit and sorting all the little issues which had been highlighted in an electrical survey after the purchase of our new property. We found Dan to be really thorough and nothing was too much trouble for him to sort. His work is really neat and the solar system is performing flawlessly. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone needing electrical work carrying out. A real pleasure to deal with.

Used Dan to diagnose and repair a wiring fault and install a new consumer unit. I was pleased with the service I received from him so had him come and carry out all electrical work on the new extension. Also had him do one or two further little jobs. Can't fault Dan. Attends when he says he will, carries out all work professionally and tidily. Value for money and polite. He is now my go to electrician and will happily recommend him to family and friends.

Dan replied quickly to my initial enquiry and arrived promptly for the first visit. No, no, no, no.. it’s what I hear from most trade while I’ve been fully renovating my home in Anderby Creek, on the Lincolnshire Coast. Kingsgate however always replied with a smile, and a yes, along with an accompanying “how about this idea” to boot! I’ve found a business I can rely on for the long term, one which will service the holiday home at a moments notice for many years to come. Hard to find trade like this. Trustful, big hearted, accommodating, technically astute, by the book Rock Star, that’s who runs this business; his name is Dan. Very fond of of this guy. Typical x-Forces crew, honest, with a dash of Officers intelligence and always, always on time. We started with a full rewire, full house needed lights, full wire of kitchen and appliances, corrections to the plumbers electrical work, ( Dan can’t leave others work without it being 100%), lights and external to land and throughout, external armoured cabling for the new hot tub, external WiFi boosters all to Regulation and Certified, decking and work shop. Complete CCTV system. I forget half of what Dan has accomplished.. let the pics do some of the talking. Next project, …. Dan can’t wait!
