Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Helpful, professional, friendly staff and the quality of alterations is top notch. All the garments I took in were beautifully pressed when they were returned to me. Reasonable prices too. One of the items I took for repair was a top which I thought was faulty and needed a new zip, infact there was just something I needed to be aware of with the fastener, so they really don't do a job if there is no need. I would definitely use Neat and Pressed for any alterations or dry cleaning again. It's so hassle free and you have the confidence that they will do a good job for you and treat you with kindness and respect. How lucky to have such a great facility on our doorstep.

Very pleasant and helpful. Assistant wasn't too sure about whether a weighted blanket could be done. She promised to find out by asking her boss who wasn't present; had a positive answer within an hour. Definately will be recommending and will use again in the future.

I had two pairs of trousers taken up. Both have been done exactly as requested; one perfectly hand stitched and the jeans machine sewn. Service is excellent and the member of staff friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.
