Superb service from Carl at Pro-clean! Our dog scratched out a patch of carpet in the doorway between or living room and kitchen and made a real mess that I thought had ruined our carpet. The worst thing I did was to try and repair it myself! If it happens, don’t touch it and get in touch with Pro-clean straight away!! I found this company via a web search and it’s the best thing I did! Carl came on time, was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards…The repair is great, obviously patching new carpet to old isn’t ideal but Carl did a great job and I would highly recommend his services

Carl did a first class job repairing a big gap and some other damage on our living room carpet that we were very close to just replacing after having some other work done - glad we didn’t! We’ve been using Pro-clean for a number of years for our end of year student cleans and various flats throughout the year and we’d be lost without them. Unlike most other cleaning companies Carl and the gang bend over backwards to help out, no job too big or too small. Would also recommend for carpet and sofa cleaning too.
