My first time using Carpet Bird, the whole process from booking to cleaning was seamless. Reece is brilliant at what he does, but also a really lovely man. My sofa and stairs were cleaned beautifully and they feel like new. I have booked for next year too.

Fantastic clean. I have never seen it so clean! Usually once the carpet dries you start to see stains that the company haven't been able to remove but Reece removed every stain and all the dirt (the carpet was filthy) left it smelling fresh, and he was really friendly and polite. Definitely recommend
