Fantastic service from start to finish, Jak explained the entire process and gave prices via messages, with email booking confirmation including details of prep and what to expect. Received a reminder the day before and Jak arrived bang on time the following day, did a great job removed the stain and cleaned the carpet. It looks amazing.
