I used this company after my daughter spilled green Acrylic pen paint over her dove grey carpet... They put considerable effort into trying to get the stain out and were only unsuccessful due to my efforts in the first place making the situation worse!! Very friendly and professional - I would recommend this company. I would also recommend not trying to remove a spill yourself - but hey lesson learned.
