Great service from start to finish. Communications and quoting process were easy, friendly and really efficient. The clean was also very thorough and he checked areas thoroughly where we'd found gutters overflowing in heavy rain. He worked really hard and was no trouble at all - would definitely recommend and use again.

After being let down by a couple of companies and individuals we came across HCL and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. From start to finish we could not be more thrilled and thankful for Fiona and Haydn. Communication with Fiona has been superb and Haydn's thoroughness in his work and advice has been top notch! He was able to sort out a "garden" in my parents' gutter where others have failed before. Would highly recommend. We're now planning on using them every year! Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! Great service from start to finish. Easy to get booked in, punctual, polite, and did an excellent job on my windows and gutter clean. Also made suggestions on what might be causing damp when he found it wasn't the gutters. Would definitely recommend!
