Booked end of tenancy cleaning with Charlene. Was charged extra on the day as property was messier than they expected. They did a pretty good job despite getting late and made sure we were satisfied. Will book again for sure.

First time using Charlene’s cleaning services , fitted me in on short notice to clean my carpets which had deep stains from new family puppy . On time , very polite and easy to talk to which was a bonus as I struggle to communicate with people . Professional job and brought my carpets back to life and made them look brand new again would recommend to anyone.

Charlene and her team did a pre sale, post tenancy clean on a property I own which is 200 miles from where I live. Charlene and her colleague carried out an End-of-Tenancy clean for me. They did a fantastic job and her communication throughout was excellent. They washed all my carpets, cleaned the windows, cleaned the oven and did a deep-clean across the whole house. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
