We've used Steve for lot's of jobs over the years, he is a great carpenter, work is brilliant. He has fitted our kitchen, installed decking, laid laminate flooring, replaced damaged worktops and just finished rebuilding a fitted wardrobe for me. Steve is really good at what he does and a nice person too, would always recommend him to anyone......July 2023, Steve has just renewed all the fencing at the front of my property, he has done a fabulous job and worked really hard after finding a wall under one piece of ground, he is one of the nicest people to have do work for you, again would highly recommend him

Steve recently fitted a U shaped Sheraton kitchen in Spitfire blue, with white worktops. The result is perfection and he was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole project. He is a highly skilled carpenter, and I would definitely recommend him.

I called Jamie with a general enquiry about some building work, upon his swift responce to come and visit the property he also suggested he could help us with other parts of our project. 6 months on Jamie's been here most days with his crew and everyday there's more and more progress and it's just fantastic, we've had a new roof, guttering, plastering, 1st fix and and out building conversions to liveable spaces (signed of by building control) Highly recommend and very pleased with our progress so far. Professional builder with hugely exceptional skills, wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

We experienced an over head tank problem which very quickly wrecked the whole of the main house. Jamie and his company managed and performed all repairs and drying of the house. The finished product was off an excellent standard and the management of all works was seamless. Highly recommend his Company for any and all building works. Very trust worthy and reliable.

Rick is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He has completed a few joinery jobs now with many more in the pipeline. His work exceeds my expectations every time. Yet another amazing transformation by Rick. From under used utility to very much needed craft room with customized storage. Rick took my sketch and brought it to life, on time and in budget. Cannot wait for future projects Highly recommended. Very experienced and professional contractor. Communication from quote to fit was excellent and constant. Turned up on time every day, he organised all additional trades and manged them for us. Through out the project Rick could see design issues before the arose, he had practical solutions and worked really hard to give us the kitchen we wanted. In fact what he gave us surpassed our expectations. We cannot believe the difference. The whole project went smoothly, on time and to budget. We had nine new internal doors installed recently. We are very pleased with the finished work. Following the installation of a new bathroom last year, we had a problem with closing the door. Rick came up with a great way to overcome this issue and along with the lovely replacement door, it works really well. Rick is friendly and hard working and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

A proper gold mine for everything old wise, farmers, small holders, horse paddock and small animal fencing feeders gates, ever size of nut And bolt, brass, galvanised, steel, alloy, clothes, safety gear, fencing, posts. I love this place, staff friendly who are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great range of tools for diy, farmers, small holdings, anyone who needs to fix anything they will have it. I love this place, and our son who is a car mechanic also likes going here for tools which are just not stocked in the Halfords or on Amazon. And not waiting for it to arrive. Handily near Market Rasen council tip.

Graham did a range of work for us including reflooring the loft plus a new loft ladder, supplying and fitting four new internal doors, creating new understairs storage ( cupboards and draws) and a large coat cupboard. We were very happy with the communication from beginning to end and the quality of the work and the overall finish.

Graham works professionally, is very capable, and a true craftsman. He carefully discussed the work, explained what he was doing and why. He put in alot of thought and preparation into the job even before he turned up. He cleaned up thoroughly after he had finished each day. For us, he has hung 6 new doors, renovated an airing cupboard and cladded our staircase in oak, with new balustrades. It looks stunning now it is finished. Very happy 😃😃

Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. He is always on time and keeps you informed by telephone when necessary. The work at my house was quite small, just a new bath side to be fitted and a garage doorframe repair, but everything was done perfectly and the house was left clean and tidy after he had finished. I bought a pair of 80cm oak speakers stands. They were competitively priced; if you check out hifi specialist sites you can spend huge amounts. They are well made, sturdy and look really good. I was able to specify shade, edges and finish. The service was great, responsive and helpful. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend the Lincolnshire woodworker. Nigel was great - clear communication and everything went very smoothly. As for the platform, he’s a true craftsman and its shows in his work. The wooden platform he made for us with a white coloured transparent wax is stunning. What is so lovely about it is it’s unique - it’s handmade. Where else can you get something so functional and lovingly crafted. It’s improved the sound of my new Ruark R 5 significantly.

I ordered two bespoke black oak finished plinths from Nigel to place under my speaker stands. I wanted to bring the tweeters nearer to ear level & provide further isolation from my floating wood laminate floor. The resulting improvement in SQ was significant. Nigel’s service is first class along with the quality of his workmanship. His prices are considerably lower than his competitors. Nigel is so helpful & I can fully recommend him.

JMA joinery and building services designed, created and made my fabulous media wall, with additional storage as requested. After having a new carpet fitted I needed a couple of inches to be taken off the door. I contacted JMA and they fitted us in between jobs. Very quick response and very efficient. The 2 guys that came where very professional and friendly. On talking to them I realised they do everything from joinery to building extensions and fitting kitchens. I rung this company on the off chance they would be able to make some built in wardrobes for me. From start to finish they were great. The wardrobes are absolutely lovely and at a very competitive price . Forget paying large companies prices , have real wood and these guys to do it..When they had finished they left everything tidy like they had never been. Recommend 100%.I am having my front door done next, will keep you posted on how that looks too.!

I wouldn't use anyone else. The company was recommended by a friend. We have a grade 2 listed building and Abbey made and fitted new wooden sash/york slider windows and a front door and frame to the house which look fantastic. The team worked through the coldest weather -5 and amended any snags which you expect to have on an old house. Very friendly service and value for money.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Rick was very patient through a long planning application and the original quote was honoured despite general price rises in the interim. The windows are exactly as expected and the fitting team were quick, efficient, polite and careful.
