Excellent work from Tim from start to finish. He carried out his work diligently and kept me informed throughout the job on his expectations and what was being worked on next. Any issues issues that were faced Tim managed to resolve by thinking outside of the box. Whilst working he kept the house tidy and was on top delivery, didn't arrive late and finished the job on time. All in all, Tim did a great job and will be having him back to replace my staircase banister etc.

Tim supplied and installed 17 oak doors and new oak and glass bannisters. What makes TWS special is that Tim provided a full service, from our initial contact to signing off on the project, we didn’t need to do anything other than make choices. It’s a big thing to hand over a significant amount of money and the security of your home to someone you don’t know. But, I had every trust in Tim from Day One and he didn’t disappoint. Tim is not only a talented carpenter but he puts client satisfaction at the heart of his work. At the end of every day, Tim sent me a progress update with photos as I was at work. We had our kitchen and balustrade completed by Elite Installations last year. I can honestly say that having Phil complete all the work, manage any other work needed (electrics, plumbing etc.) was amazing! The outcome is perfect and this is due to Phil's commitment to getting the job done right, even in our challenging wonky house. I would (and have) highly recommend Phil and Elite Installations for any joinery work you may need. You will not be disappointed.

I can't recommend Elite Installations and Joinery Ltd ('Elite') highly enough. I instructed Elite to remove my existing metal handrail and bannisters and replace them with oak. Philippe was quick to reply to messages from the beginning to the end of the project. He was proactive in making suggestions and providing alternatives to work around my budget and "vision". Throughout the project, Philippe kept me regularly updated on progress. He was keen to ensure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, but was also willing to offer his own suggestions gleaned from experience. I genuinely valued this input - I have absolutely no idea about the intricacies of the construction of bannisters (although I've heard of Roger Bannister if that counts?). The house was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Philippe was personable, trustworthy and went the extra mile. The quality of the finished work was fantastic and the know-how shared (including recommended treatments for the wood post-install) brought real added value to the service - a service which was already good value for money. By instructing Elite, you will be (in my opinion) in a safe pair of hands.

We could not be more pleased with the work completed by Phil. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. He was able to come up with creative solutions and finish them to the highest possible standard. Phil was respectful of our home and kept all the spaces clean and tidy throughout. We would not hesitate to use Phil in the future for any projects.
