Always a chance when trying a different curry restaurant for the first time. Found a good one here. Bit strange walking into a restaurant with just a bar in the front, we were led through a corridor to a very pleasant dining area. We were there very early and the only customers, so I couldn't tell you about what the atmosphere would have been like. The dishes ordered were excellent, service very pleasant, prices very reasonable. Have recommended to friends. Will definitely go again.

Cinnamon Garden is always excellent and have been more times than I can remember. Service is always fantastic, separate bar and restaurant serving a great selection of beer on tap and offering an excellent variety of veg and non veg food. Highly recommended!

It's my 3rd visit and food and service 100% satisfaction. The environment is beautiful as they have a bar area at the front and when u walk pass into the next section tucked away in a cosy area is the dining. It allows families to enjoy the privacy away from the buzzing bar. Ruban who you will never miss makes sure that every guest are greeted and treated with care. The food is authentic and delicious. Cassava fry is a must try. The Banana Leaf Parrota is mouth watering. A hidden gem of Carshalton. Highly recommend

We were group of 5 adults and 2 kids. It was nice and cosy. The food we had were 1.Devils platter seafood 2.Onion Bhaji 3.Chicken lollipop 4.Banana leaf parotta 5.chicken and seafood kottu All were amazing and reasonably priced.The staff were very cordial and friendly. A gem in Carshalton.

Overall Comments A very messy but incredibly tasty experience! Not for the faint hearted if you like eating with a knife and fork as this involves a bag, hammer and a seafood cracker! Well worth the effort for the food however as the quality of seafood is excellent. Venue: 3.5/5  |  Service: 4/5  |  Food: 5/5  |  Location: 3.5/5  |  Cost: ££ Venue & Atmosphere: 3.5/5 Quite casual presentation, very clean (despite the mess guests can make when eating!) and a good layout on seating considering compact size of the venue. Not an enormous amount of atmosphere but quite nice for a casual eating experience. Service: 4/5 Attentative staff, quick to help, very friendly and great recommendations and guidance. Food & Drink: 5/5 Simply excellent! - Enormous portions and the seafood is very good quality, quick to come from order and hard to finish because of the size. All the food is exceptionally well prepared, cooked and tasting. Quite messy but we personally quite like that experience and it's very unique which is a memorable feature. Location & Travel: 3.5/5 Easy to find location on North Cheam crossroad parade, local parking available but not always the easiest to get a space if coming at peak times. No local train station, so by foot or by car are the two access options. Cost: £ - ££££ ££ - For the quality of seafood available here the sense of value is excellent. Very large portions and lot's of choice. Well priced.

1st time eating here and was a good experience. Service was fast, and the team was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the experience even if to eat you get very messy but it's part of the experience. It's an expensive restaurant so don't expect less than 50.00£ per person. Lobster and crab were very tasty. Clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Visited this cafe today morning for brunch and I was craving for a full English. The aroma of bacon and eggs told me I was in the right place. The menu has all day breakfast options named after planets with each having different items based on preference. You can make your own and there is a veggie breakfast menu as well. Food was all cooked fresh and tasted delicious. Loved the hash browns, bacon, chips, toast, scrambled egg and coffee. The sausage however, tasted off and was a letdown. Staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome so we will definitely be back again!

Went here Easter Sunday, very busy but managed to get a table. This isn’t my first time here, and it won’t be my last. The staff are so friendly, helpful and just bring you so much joy for the short period you are there for. The food is cafe food, so it meets the expectations for amazing cafe food, with massive portions. Always get the same thing so I can’t comment on anything else. But it’s a very popular cafe where locals come to regularly. Thank you for always being so happy and friendly when I come here, and for the Turkish tea!

Highly recommended a visit to Dotty’s Teahouse. Such a beautiful setting for a brunch date or lunch with friends, they even do a bottomless option too. Rebecca and the team are so helpful and friendly. All of the cakes are made on the premises and they have a really good selection. The giant cookies and ice cream and the colouring sheets also went down a treat with the kids.

Live music and pizza and friendly staff. Needed some chilli though! Shame the kitchen closes when the music night begins :( Update I came at 7:30pm on the music night and all is quiet and the kitchen is open. Glorious place for a pint at golden hour. Great gastro-pub style Indian food. Judging by service/food to price, I’d very much recommend, especially for a big group gathering of friends or family. Controversially, I’d recommend ordering their chips as it’s very surprisingly nice, crunchy on the outside and very fluffy on the inside, much better than more premium restaurants we’ve been to. Chilli Mushrooms are also a must order. Great burst of flavour once you bite through its crispy exterior. Curries are flavours to be expected, but do not feel as oily or heavy as other places in the same price range. Overall a nice experience and would come again.

From the moment we met Leigh, it was clear that we were in the best hands. She took charge with such refinement and expertise, offering guidance and support every step of the way. Her patience was endless, and when we veered off track with an idea, she gently brought us back with sound advice and well-reasoned suggestions that always made sense. The day itself felt like a dream come true. From the moment the groom and best man arrived, they were instantly at ease thanks to Leigh and her incredible team. The room was laid out exactly as we had hoped, and even with our intimate gathering of 35 guests, the space felt warm, welcoming, and full of life. Our guests are still raving about the food! The three-course meal options were flawless, and everyone mentioned how perfectly cooked and piping hot everything was. Although the rain the day before left the pathways a little muddy and slippery, the team’s attentiveness shone through. While photos were being taken, drinks were constantly flowing, and our guests happily chatted away – not a moment felt out of place. This is the second time my family has stayed at the Greyhound, and once again, we left completely satisfied. I had travelled from the north west for an overnight business trip. I was going to book a basic room at a travel lodge/premier inn and SO glad I didn’t. The room at the greyhound was about £20 cheaper than the above for one of their gorgeous boutique rooms, has free on site parking and room service. The shower is superb, the room provides everything you could possibly need (for a woman especially!) The food was lovely and comforting after a long road trip, the fridge is actually COLD! Air/heating is controlled in the room and alters very quickly to suit your needs. I have sat in the bay window bench looking over the pond with a good book followed by a delightful evening meal in the room. The room is decorated beautifully also, the perfect night away from the kids and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Today I was one in a party of 15 people who had the Christmas Festive lunch at the Woodman. What a good choice this pub was. The food was amazing. There was a good choice and the portions were large. The chef managed to plate all our meals to be served at the same time and the food was hot.The service was speedy and friendly. I definitely recommend this pub.

Great food, very fresh, tasty and of great value. Ordered 4 mains and 5 drinks for £50 only. Loved the garlic bread, lamb shank, Mac n cheese and the cheesy chips. The wrongly delivered (and taken back in a minute) meatball and nachos looked stunning as well. Inside the space is quite limited but they managed to put seatings quite nicely. Upstairs function room for party only. Garden seating is quite big but with the current weather even with overhead heating you still need to near coat and hat. Staff and nice and helpful but I think a bit understaff in the kitchen. The only star missing has to go for the waiting time-we ordered at 15:30 and food didn’t come until 16:30. And the Sunday roast was gone by the time we ordered. Would love to try that another time
