This was my second visit to the old Chequers inn. We had the 2 course special on a Saturday for 2 people and 2 pints of Moretti for under £30! We also visited today as they had a live band playing. Lovely pub in a beautiful countryside location. We will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent Sunday Roast!
Now open every day except Monday - the steak cooked on a hot rock is particularly good.
They are currently doing Saturday Lunch club which is really good value!
We normally ring up to book but it's not always essential.

Me and my partner revisited this lovely pub, had a beer battered fish and chips and scampi and chips washed down with some local ales, service was excellent.. food was absolutely scrumptious.. atmosphere is friendly and warm..lovely beer garden to enjoy the quite lincolnshire countryside and watch the sunsets.. Would defo recomend😀

Good food and well cooked. We went as a group of 12 for a Sunday lunch. Food was nice and tasty and plenty of it, BUT the service was not the best, and were pretty much told to leave after an hour as the table was needed! Didn't even get chance to order dessert. Also felt very squished in.

We came on Sunday and enjoyed the Carvery and at a great price (£12.95). Very busy and popular, would recommend
