This turned out to be a major renovation as well as fitting a new combi boiler. Right from the first day Steve and Pete encountered difficult logistic situations and resolved these with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained each part of work that they undertook in a clear and concise way which gave us a lot of confidence whilst retaining their sense of humour, which we appreciated. The standard of their work can only be described as exceptional and carpets and floorboards that need to be taken were replaced perfectly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, they were credit to their profession and if we were able to give them more than five stars we would. Thanks to both of you.

It was time to get a new boiler. The old one was struggling. Steve and one other came round, removed the old boiler and installed the new one all in one day.
As a bonus, they noticed the water pressure (flow rate) was really low. We agreed they would do this as an additional job, and they sorted it out.
It was a great pleasure having them working here. Hugely efficient, very knowledgeable and competent, completing the job with minimal fuss.

Needed advice regarding an old boiler replacement so called Steve for excellent advice and he fitted a new boiler and completely cleaned our old system. The whole system has been upgraded with new valves and works far more efficiently. Steve is extremely trustworthy and methodical in his work - thank you Steve
Highly recommend Steve at plumbersonline. Contacted him about our boiler which kept cutting out. He visited us the following morning, repaired and serviced it. Professional job, will definitely use again.
