From start to finish Tornado pest control were outstanding and professional. I had no clue what to do and where to start but Mark talked me through the whole process and advised me in all the best options to deal with our Rodent issues. Needless to say we've had no issues and no more Rodents creeping into our house. I can't recommend this company enough.
Donna at Tornado was fantastic when it came to sorting a rat infestation at a family home. She explained exactly how and why the rats were getting into the property and showed me the evidence, and she advised what we needed to do to make life more difficult for the vermin. Over the course of three weeks, Donna returned regularly to check the traps and eventually, plugged the holes to stop them returning. Faultless service and fair prices from Tornado, I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.
Donna was amazing! Forget big companies with long waiting lists or London based call centres! She is here to respond straight away to phones, she arrived in the same day and the visits were as soon as any pest movement was spotted. Anything planned visits were as promised.
She informed me about my unwanted visitors, how to get rid of them and how to keep my house safe. Definitely worth every penny and to be in top best pest control companies 👏 👌
Tornado pest control came out to a wasps nest we had the lady who came to do it was lovely not only professional and explained what she was going to do and told us about the wasps .
