I recently had two ceiling lamps installed by Tentacle Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done professionally and with great attention to detail. The lamps were hung perfectly, and he made sure everything was securely in place. He was punctual, efficient, and left the area clean afterward. Tentacle Electrical came out within 15 minutes when I couldn’t reset my RCD on a Friday afternoon. Chas identified the fault which was fortunately something that could be isolated. He recommended a new consumer unit as mine was over 30 years old. He returned to fit that last week and carry out some remedial work. He was friendly, turned up when he said he would and carried out the work efficiently and left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend and definitely use for any future electrical work.

Chas came out to sort out what transpired to be a faulty plug on my wall radiator which blew. He was very thorough and checked everything.
