I wasn’t too fussed about coming here but my son insisted. I’m so glad! The pork belly was amazing (Bali version) and the chicken Buddha bowl was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommended

Really enjoyed our food and drinks here. Have to say that we watched Nikki making cocktails at the bar - he never stopped working! Took massive pride in his work area and a real credit to this restaurant. Our server Nichola was equally amazing. Recommend this place 👍

I’ve finally had chance to sit down and write a proper review after the christmas mayhem….

We visited Tampopo trafford centre the week before last and we had the loveliest time, the service from Michael was just exceptional, he was so polite and had answers for everything, very attentive and just made the whole experience one to remember. The food was absolutely fantastic, I’ve eaten from Tampopo many times and it’s always the best, it’s by far one of my favourite restaurants and the staff are always just lovely. Thanks Ben and Micheal, we will be visiting again for sure

Dined alone whilst waiting for shops to open on a Sunday morning and chose Tampopo based on the strong Google reviews & wanting an Asian style brunch - was a wise decision.

Food was very nice, generous portions and served quickly and well presented. Also had the Vietnamese coffee which was a new experience, with a great explanation from my server - it's extracted through a little filter pot and drips slowly into a glass lined with condensed milk, which is a satisfying process to watch. I honestly thought the coffee by itself, which had plenty of cocoa and vanilla notes, was delicious enough not to need the condensed milk, but enjoyed it all the same.

The biggest plus for this place though was the service. Every single person was polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. From start to finish I felt very welcomed, genuinely cared for and fully appreciated.

Honestly, expected just another chain restaurant experience, but was very pleasantly surprised that it was much more than that.
