Amazing customer service! Called in the morning regarding a knocking sound in the rear of my car. The issue was identified pretty quickly and was even shown pictures of what was wrong with my car. Platinum Vehicle Services in Walsall is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and explained everything about the work my car needed. They’re honest, efficient, and incredibly skilled.

I had my car serviced and an issue with my brakes fixed, and they did it all at a very reasonable price. The turnaround time was impressive, and they even gave me helpful advice on maintaining my car. It’s hard to find a garage you can trust, but this one is a gem. Highly recommended!

I called on Monday after an engine repair light came on, was able to get the car in first thing on Tuesday morning. Great, professional service, kept me updated throughout the day with videos of diagnostics and also went the extra mile and dropped the car back to my house. These guys will be my ‘go to’ place from now on with any car issues, fair pricing as well.

Best in Walsall highly recommend this garage well mannered staff and the boss is really honest and the big man offered me tea really overwhelming garage had my engine rebuild done and I am very happy with the job and the service they given
