Pianillo is an interesting restaurant we've been to before under its previous ownership.

Fortunately, both the service and the food are still high quality, and although expensive, in my eyes you get what you pay for.

The food all around was excellent, taste was high quality and it was an enjoyable experience.

Service likewise was high quality, the servers were attentive and engaged, friendly and apologetic when items came out slightly later than ideal. All around, zero complaints about service.

Atmosphere is where personal preference sets in!

For me, the atmosphere was too noisy. The music was loud making conversation difficult, and the tables were in my eyes packed a bit too closely. We were parked directly next to another group of people and in my eyes it was a bit too close for comfort. I can't penalise them for trying to utilise as much space as possible though.

It followed up with a transition into a live singer, who was good at what he did, but in my eyes it didn't really fit the "fine dining" nature of the restaurant and the level of quality in food (Nothing against him personally, he was entertaining and a good singer!) - This can easily be avoided as live singers are only there on specific days of the week.

I'll finalise by saying that, the specific parts I disliked were personal preference and nothing more. I have nothing bad to say about the Restaurant at all and overall enjoyed my experience there. Great work!

The food was outstanding and the quality of the food was even better. I loved how all of the food came in sync and everyone on my table got their food right when it was cooked and hot, it’s an outstanding and cozy place to eat with your family, friends or even by yourself. I would love to visit it anytime I have some spare time, and I would like to give a special thanks to the staff and management who made this experience to eat even better.

1st visit to Pianillo I will definitely be returning great Atmosphere friendly staff , good food just what this town needs well done

Pianillo Italian Restaurant is a place that truly knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the cocktails—they were so well-made and added a special touch to the evening. The food had an authentic, homemade feel, which I always appreciate. The mussels, for example, had a unique flavor that felt like a nod to traditional recipes.

One thing I noticed was how attentive the staff were; they made sure to check in with us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. It’s clear they care about the dining experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines good food with great service, Pianillo is worth a visit!”

Having eaten here infrequently for the last 10 years, they are always on top of their game. Fantastic food and great service.
