Dr. Ross and Joanna are truly amazing at what they do. My 8-year-old son needed to have a tooth extracted, and they ensured he felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the process. They took their time and made sure he was ready before starting. As a mother who experiences dental anxiety, I often feel nervous when visiting the dentist, but they made me feel relaxed while I was in the room with him. They are the most friendly dentists. I highly recommend them!
The whole experience of correcting my damaged smile has been amazing. Dr Alex is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and his two nurses, Jo and Eve, excelled at putting me at ease and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Any queries or issues were addressed and resolved without delay. I experienced no post-op pain at all and would not hesitate to recommend Alex or this practice.
I have my regular check-ups and treatments here. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Cain is the dentist who normally treats me. Both he and his assistant are careful and put you at ease and are great. I cannot recommend them enough.
Having had a fear of dentists since I was young I’m always reluctant to go! Paddock Dental Practice have made me feel so calm and relaxed. Staff are so friendly from the minute you walk through the door. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The dentist himself was so nice, explained that I did need a little work done but I was under no pressure to go ahead and get it done as it wasn’t urgent. He gave me options. I came away feeling relaxed. Overall I would highly recommend the practice.
Prompt and professional service, I had an emergency appointment following a chipped tooth & was seen on time. Treatment was swift and hassle free. I have had a number of treatments here over the last couple of years and have always been seen on time and received the highest level of service at all times, friendly yet professional. I have no complaints about this dental practice and highly recommend.
