Completely agree with the reviews this place was great. Food was top notch. Our waiter who I think was also the owner was funny and attentive. Definitely worth a visit
Delicious Polish food! There are plenty of options for different tastes, a mix of English, Polish and European inspired dishes. My partner had Hunter's Stew and I had Potato Pancakes with Goulash. We shared our mains so we can try both dishes. Both were very flavourful and filling! The potato pancakes are freshly made, and the goulash was nice and rich, my favourite dish.
We were looking for somewhere to have breakfast and this place had really good reviews.
I can honestly say that this is the best veggie breakfast and the Mrs said the best meat breakfast we have had in a very long time.
It was cooked to perfection and the herbed beans were absolutely stunning. We had polish honey mustard that really added to the experience.
The owner is the perfect host and was so attentive and funny.
Next time we are in Birmingham this is definitely being visited again.
We have been regulars at Old Dresser Cafe in the last 2 years. It's definitely a hidden treasure outside of Birmingham city centre! The authentic Polish food is what we love most! Very generous portion and very friendly service! We also love their deco! Very quirky!
