I try to use local tradesmen whenever possible and I came across NRC Roof Services.
They came out and found out where my problem lied and quoted me for the repair.
The quote was lower than I anticipated and I asked them to carry out the repairs.
They talked me through every stage of the repair and explained exactly what they were doing.
After the work was completed they meticulously cleaned everything up.
Several days later I discovered another leak in a different area of the roof and called them out again.
They found the problem and offered to do the repair at no extra cost.
I'd have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.

I asked NRC to quote me for a new roof and guttering on the Victorian house I had just purchased in Arnold. I wanted tiles or slate to keep in line with the character of the property. They came out promptly to take a look, and their quote was very competitive. The team of roofers was fantastic. They worked efficiently to meet the deadline, and their attention to detail was immaculate, even on the tiny details you can’t see from the ground. Their customer service was brilliant, and their attention to customer care was remarkable. They were always polite, respectful, and even considerate towards the neighbours. They cleaned up every day, leaving no mess behind.
I was looking for local roofers near Mapperley to help with some repairs on my property, and I’m so glad I found this team. They came out the next day to provide a quote and were really friendly and approachable. It turned out to be just a few slipped slates, so I’d been worrying over nothing. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for such a dangerous job.
