Fantastic value, great tasting lunch Greek themed buffet that is cooked fresh daily with a range of protein options including roast chicken thigh, chicken breast, grilled halloumi, falafel with a wide variety of prepared salads, teriyaki noodles, fresh potato wedges etc. Ample parking outside with clean and well lit interior, outdoor seating options, too. I look forward to returning again soon.

Finally - somewhere actually healthy and actually tasty! The portions are great btw, and that’s coming from someone who very rarely leaves restaurants full, I eat alot! I had the large bowl (of course) and for £13 it’s a really good price. Loads of protein and loads of room for whatever your heart desires. The service was nice enough, though a little blunt, and the place was empty, but I’m not complaining - more for me haha!
The daal was excellent, same with the hummus but the chicken was somehow so juicy! It really was very good and considering it all is ACTUALLY healthy, not just the usual stuff labelled that way, all home cooked and all self-served, it’s difficult to not like it. The self-serve bowls do finish at 3pm which I didn’t realise, so heads up if you’re planning to stop by, though they do offer pre-made bowls too.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised, usually let down by these kinds of places, but I would recommend this to any health conscious foodie! I will probably be back if I’m ever passing again, thanks so much!

Great place! The food tastes good and the staff very nice and welcoming. The lady took the time to explain to us the concept to order our food. The ingredients are very fresh and super tasty. Highly recommend!

From just looking at the menu the food seems really basic and overpriced and I do find it difficult to justify spending £9.95 on lunch (with the small portion option) but while the ingredients are simple the portion you get for small is filling and as they say the ingredients truly are fresh and delicious. My favourites were the daal and hot potatoes. The main protein I had, chicken breast, seemed bland at first glance but actually tasted very good. Unfortunately I forgot to take additional pictures below the top layer.
I think I'd only get this for lunch on special occasions but I think I would get the better value medium for dinner more often, I can't imagine finishing a medium bowl in one sitting.

What a real gem. Great healthy food with a great taste. We need more cafes like this as the food was fresh and tasty as well as healthy.
