This feedback actually covers al three projects.

The main undertaking was the Planning and Installation of an Electric Heating System upgrade throughout the house plus two other, smaller plumbing and electrical installations and repairs.

Kev listened to my expectations and had excellent suggestions on how to achieve them. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure that his customers are happy with the plans. The estimates were very clear and prompt - no waiting forever to hear back. Kev operates a very fair system where all work is scheduled fairly - no queue jumping - each is valued equally, regardless of the monetary value. When M&E say they will be there, they are.

Peter provided his first class plumbing skills to prepare everything and also completed a number of additional jobs including: shower, toilet and tap replacements and the installation of two new timers, as well as efficiently problem solving and repairing an issue with the hot water systems. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ben completed the electrical installation superbly - new electric radiators throughout with all the accompanying electrical requirements were his responsibility. The attention to detail was fantastic and his excellent communication skills ensured I was consulted on every step. Again, nothing was too much trouble.

Louise runs a very efficient and friendly office support - a lovely, helpful and reliable lady to speak too.

Overall, every part of this week long installation was executed with skill, professionalism and pride in their work. Kev, Peter and Ben would be very welcome back in the future to undertake any additional work I may need.

M&E deliver. Their communication systems are the best I have encountered - you know exactly who is coming and when they will be there. They are very punctual and work hard.

I particularly like their automated systems for communications,, appointments, quotes and invoicing. The whole team are also happy to be flexible to work around their customers when required.

Oh, and they are very tidy too!

If you want the job done properly, with skilled people, then M&E are highly recommended. I found them through previous customer recommendations. Skilled workmanship is worth paying for and they also provide a clearly set out after care service although I doubt very much that it is often needed.

I genuinely won’t be using anyone else going forward.

When we had a leak in our shower and needed an urgent repair, we took a chance and called Mane (M&E) Services Ltd. Right from the start, we knew we had made a good choice. We were fully briefed on the costs before we went ahead and the service was prompt, courteous and extremely professional - and we were pleasantly surprised when the bill came in lower than expected! Knowing that we had found a reliable, trustworthy and highly-skilled firm, we decided to book our annual boiler service straight away. Again, we had a clear idea of the costs up front and Kev and Ben carried out the most thorough set of checks we have ever known. The service included the boiler and gas fire, and they offered some safety and efficiency advice. They took great care, leaving the house spotless, as if they had never been here. We were also delighted that all of the paperwork was sent to us by email within a few hours; clearly, Mane care about the environment too. Overall, we are extremely glad to have found Mane and would recommend them to anyone.

M&E came to fix my timer for the hot water and work out why my boiler kept needing to reset. Kevin was professional, explained things clearly and the work that would need to be carried out at a reasonable cost. He goes above and beyond the job in hand and when he leaves you feel confident in his work. Communication is excellent and you are informed from start to finish. I can't recommend this company enough, very professional and obviously committed to giving excellent customer service. Thank you.

From first contact until completion of job, ManE Services were very professional, helpful and polite. They kept me up to date, even sending me a link with a photo of Peter the engineer and tracking, so I knew exactly when he was arriving. Job done, efficiently with no mess. Fantastic service from start to finish, prompt, quick to look at the job, super fast quote and acceptance service via click of a button, job completed far quicker than I expected, clean and tidy throughout, no mess left, put everything back (hidden toilet flush system) - very friendly and polite engineer.
We've wanted a good plumbing/heating company for a while and have now found one who we will use for everything from now on.
