I decided to go from box dye chocolate brown to a golden blonde. Levana gave me realistic expectations and took her time to explain the process and the options available to get the best results. She didn’t rush the process to get a quick result, she spent time ensuring my hair remained healthy using the best products and advised on good aftercare to maintain a healthy looking head. She was welcoming, friendly and made a 6 hour visit to the salon feel like 2. She was incredibly flexible to my personal needs too!
