By far the best coffee in the village, dead handy for a caffeine hit. Plenty of different roasts with real care and attention put into each brew. Service is super friendly too.
I'm not a coffee expert but the matcha latte was quite nice indeed with simple ingredients: matcha powder of famous brand from Japan and milk (I asked not to add sugar) and the service was excellent. Would definitely come again.
Nice place where you can enjoy an Amazing coffee full of flavour. The guy was kind and friendly ❤️. Already thinking what will be my next coffee there. Highly recommended.
Stumbled upon this little coffee shop, and it was an absolute delight!
The quality of the coffee is outstanding—rich, smooth, and expertly brewed. We ordered a cappuccino and flat white and not only did it taste incredible, but the latte art was beautifully crafted.
The service was warm and welcoming, with pictures of Hikari (Akita dog) himself. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit!
Without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST coffee in Didsbury. The owner is such a friendly guy. Luckily for us, we arrived just before opening time and got to have a stroke of his lovely dog which lends its name to the hatch.
The flat white was perfect in taste and intensity . If good coffee is your thing, avoid the chains in Didsbury and head to Hikari. You will not be disappointed . We will return!
