Cutlery stained appears unclean, probably machine washed and not polished
October 2022 refurbished through store, cleaner better feel and surprisingly makes the place larger

Manager Laura is amazing. Always goes above and beyond for customers and is really friendly. She always delivers a great customer experience and allows service dogs in and even gives them a fuss, how kind. Best place in Brownhills.
