We have just had 20 solar panels installed by engineers Jack and Ben, who have completed the work in a very professional manner, very polite and worked very tidily. Would highly recommend Cinergi.

We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted.
The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Thanks to Dan, Ian and all the team for their hard work.

Our initial contact with Joe at the Cinergi office gave us confidence to research the solar panel and battery market and gather information on products. We were impressed by the fact that Cinergi does not push any particular brands and was very receptive to our mix-and-match approach. We gathered quotes from several local companies but it became clear that Cinergi's approachability and quick response to questions meant that they were the right company to carry out our project. When it came to the installation Jack was very communicative, professional and considerate in his way of working. We had a couple of minor glitches owing to one missing part and one overlooked element of the job. However, in each case communication was good and the response was fast. We are delighted with the final product and not only would recommend Cinergi but already have, to neighbours and family.

Dan and Ben, two young men from Cinergi, have been working at our home today. They have been wonderfully professional and efficient. They have installed our two new batteries and the inverter so that we can run our air source heat pump at a much cheaper and greener tariff. I am especially grateful to Dan who set me up with the app and explained all the IT aspects to me. The system is already working and our battery is being charged at the cheap rate.

WOW, what a company! As far as exceptional customer service, Cinergi absolutely wipe the floor with other businesses and trades we have engaged with over the years. They manage to deliver big company service and performance, with the interaction and expertise of a family run unit - what more could you want when you're making changes to your home.

We engaged Cinergi to fit an air source heat pump (10kw Valiant), a hot water tank, and radiators throughout, which included towel radiators as well - as there were none in the property when we purchased. There was no mains gas piped to the house, which was a key indicator for us making the move to ASHP, and we were thankfully eligible for the UK Government grant - which Cinergi were able to assist us with.

From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support. Not forgetting all of the hard work Steph and Kate did in this, being flexible and accommodating for our circumstances (delayed completion of our property).

The star of the experience has to be called out though, Lewis (the main engineer on site) worked professionally and courteously with all of the other trades (electricians, roofers, etc.) day in and day out. He provided a clean safe environment every day, being conscious of those around him, helping trades out to be as efficient as they could be too. The level of craftsmanship in his work is an art form (see the photograph of the water tank). He had help on some days, Tommy and Adam, Lewis L and another person (name escapes me right now), but Lewis managed all of that, and helped to keep me sane through the renovation work - a true testament to professional tradesman who truly care for the work they do, and a massive asset to Cinergi...all of the team are.

You'll note I can name everyone in the process; big company, family feel! It never felt too much, we never felt overwhelmed. If you need heating, hot water or any other work in their portfolio (Solar, Batteries, EV chargers, etc.), don't look anywhere else - you will not be disappointed with the products or services Cinergi offer. 100% we would recommend.
