I have spent a lot of money over the years on both National Pest Control Companies, Local Council and independent operators. None of them have got to the bottom of the problem or helped me the way Anston have with Rats entering the loft space through cavity walls and drains.
Their service and knowledge is excellent, they are very informative and are always on hand if you have any questions or queries.
Gav was particularly great and provided me with a lot of information and advice, Matt came to my rescue just as we were going away and Martyn has provided me with a lot of information to take things forward with local councils.
They simply do Pest Control perfectly, they don't leave you until the solution is solved! Thank you
A very thorough wasp nest treatment completed by Alex who was very efficient and courteous. All aspects of the treatment were explained clearly by Alex who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you to all at Anston Pest Control for an excellent job and who I recommend wholeheartedly. I will be using them with no hesitation should I need any pest control in the future.
The Anston team came out to help us with a mice infestation in the second floor of our natural stone house, they went above and beyond anticipating where the mice might move to and placed the traps and bait in those locations. They recommended improvements to our outdoor spaces to reduce the likelihood of the mice gaining access again. Three short visits later and we are clear. A great team and a great service. I contacted Anston Pest Control with regards a suspected wasp nest. They were very good and came to check it out. It turned out to be bees, as they suspected, and they advised they would likely soon depart on their own accord.. which they did.
I would definitely use this company again.
APC provided an extremely efficient service within 24 hours of contact. Matt visited my property & advised that our problem wasn’t a wasp nest, it was indeed a possible honey bee colony. He was very knowledgeable & explained thoroughly how to deal with the potential problem. He inspected other areas of the house to dismiss any other problems.
I would recommend APC, it was a pleasure to deal with them.
