Update: Once again, Bakir has come to the rescue to replace a broken induction hob. No thanks to fitted kitchen cupboards which made this job somewhat complex, he went above and beyond to get it done! He is courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Bakir has come to our rescue on a couple of occasions now. He is personable, friendly and has a good sense of humour. He knows his ‘stuff’ and puts the problem in laymen’s terms. A2Z Electricals what a fantastic service. Last Saturday I was in a bit of a pickle trying sort an electrical problem which had shorted out our ground floor. Looked on Google for a local electrician and A2Z Electricals popped up. What a find! Called up and was pleasantly greeted with Bakir. Rather than telling me the costs for a call-out take or leave it Bakir diligently tried to give me advice on how to isolate the problem safely and avoid a call-out. We then concluded that it required his expert help and without any hesitation he offered to come over early before his first job. Bakir clearly knows his stuff. He initially came over realised the fault was not simple and required more intensive investigation came up with a workaround and assured us that he would be back to finish the job. And that’s what he exactly did came back spent some time in isolating the issue and got us back up and running. Through the process Bakir was considerate, demonstrated commanding knowledge of electrical engineering and made you feel assured that the problem could be fixed. Good old fashion customer care. A big thumbs up to Bakir and A2Z Electricals !! I would highly recommend!

Bakir Kapasi arrived at my home within two hours of being called out and quickly identified and rectified the electrical fault I had reported. He then provided me with detailed instructions on how to carry out an initial diagnosis in the event of the fault recurring. When I sent him a text message with a query fairly late in the evening on that same day (which I didn't expected him to answer until the next morning), he responded within minutes and offered to resolve the matter over the phone there and then, which I greatly appreciated.
I was entirely satisfied with the quality of service Bakir afforded me.
