I reached out to Adam to discuss his availability in fitting a home charger for an EV, as I saw he was listed as an approved installer. From my initial email to the charger being fitted, the process took just six days. He responded almost immediately to my first email, called round on time the next day and talked me through all the options.
He called around again to confirm the appointment - when he could easily just have emailed instead – which was a nice touch, and was in touch again on installation day, to re-confirm times.
The work was conducted by two of his colleagues. They were polite, professional and helpful, taking the time after the installation to talk me through how to download the charger app, the functions involved, etc. Very impressed.
