I used Chapman Electrical to install solar panels. I found the team to be knowledgeable, professional, polite and conscientious. Andy provided great advice as to what system suited my needs and explained the whole process clearly. The installation took a few days and was completed by Jake. The whole team were efficient, tidy, friendly and competent. Once fitted Andy proved all the documentation needed to change energy supplier. Andy also checked in with a few days to make sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. I would highly recommend this local firm for all aspects of electrical work.

I needed an electrical safety certificate for a house sale. The inspection highlighted some issues which needed to be addressed. Andy was quick to provide a quotation which was reasonable and was then able to carry out the work promptly which we needed as the sale was near completion. Andy and his team carried out the work to a high standard, were punctual and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend or employ again in the future.

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Great workmanship. I needed an electrician at short notice and Darren from On-X Electrical came to my rescue. If you are looking for a professional that will complete the work exactly as you desire and provide a high level of service, I highly recommend On-X Electrical for the job. Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. I’ve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didn’t have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. I’m thus very confident about the system itself and Mark’s installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.

I had a problem with my solar panels which I inherited from a previous owner. The pay in tariff was less each year so Jack from Coastal Energy came and fixed the problem by installing and enphase system.. He as such a nice person and talked me through each step of his work. The result was only 3 panels were working and now all 16 are. Awesome service.

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do.
