Kostas took great care identifying the content of our rug ensuring he was absolutely sure the make up of the natural fibres in ensuring the correct cleanser was to be applied. Kostas did an absolutely amazing job on the whole of our upstairs, stairs and a large rug. We thought we were going to have to throw out the rug but he has transformed it as good as new and the entire carpet upstairs looks like it's just been fitted again!
