Joseph and Sarah provide an excellent service. They are both extremely pleasant and polite. They are always punctual and thorough. Once a year they do an excellent job cleaning our guttering. Every six weeks without fail, they clean our windows. They are two great individuals who thoroughly deserve to do well in their chosen business.

I’ve had the pleasure of Joe/EleClean services since 2017, after Joe placed a leaflet through my letter box to my newly built house in Cheshunt. Without fail my windows are cleaned every 6weeks (as that’s my preference) and I even get a text reminder a day before. For ease of access and because I trust Joe and Sarah, they also have a key to my garden gate so that they can clean the windows at the back, and I always know when they’ve been as my windows are sparking clean, with no water marks in sight. Over the years I’ve asked for additional work to clean my soffits annually, and now also my newly glass room sides/doors and roof on a rota basis. Each time Joe has found the time to accommodate for my needs and at a reasonable price.
