Good communication (text messages to say when coming) pay by bank transfer after the job is done. The window cleaners themselves are capable and respectful. Speedy, good quality cleaning (my windows were sparkling) and they happily carried out any extra requests I asked like clean the Velux windows, inside the back door window etc. Super company!
