Dan does our monthly window clean and he always let's you know he is coming the day before. He offers additional services such as gutter cleaning, etc, all done to the same high standard as his window cleaning. Dan is very easy to get on with and has a good sense of humour with his customers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

A very professional and well run business, reliable and trustworthy staff which is critical in this line of work. I engaged with Michelle to arrange a deep clean at my place of work (offices with 22 staff). This was a one off clean which was managed very well indeed especially under the constraints of the current pandemic and government guidelines/restrictions. We now have a lovely fresh smelling and most definitely cleaner office; desks, chairs, carpets and kitchen/cupboards. The two ladies who cleaned the office were very pro-active and wasted no time at all in concentrating on the job in hand. A two pound coin was found on the floor and without mention this was left on top of the desk that it was found on. Excellent. We will definitely be engaging again and highly recommend.

Domestic Cleaning Company have been looking after us on a weekly basis for over 10 years now! They are incredibly reliable, friendly and efficient - the team who come here are almost like part of the family. Relevant now if not for the future - they operate in a completely Covid safe manner and I have absolutely no qualms about transmission from inviting them into our home to work. We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!

Following an illness my house was very much in need of a tidy and deep clean. 2 lovely ladies from Poppies came and spent a few hours bringing it up to standard, I thought the price charged was very reasonable. We then booked them in to come once a fortnight to do a general clean of the ground floor and do not regret it. Anna (and occasionally Karen) are pleasant and hard working. They are always on time and best of all are flexible so that they can accommodate my husband who works from home. Even though I am now slowly getting better this is the best decision we have made recently and I look forward to seeing them regularly.
