We have used Palazzo several times and always found them to be reliable and thorough. Recently they did a big end-of-tenancy clean for us. There was an accidental spillage of a cleaning chemical on our tiled floor. Christian spent a long time and a lot of effort correcting this, and in fact re-finishing the entire floor so that it was not uneven. Really impressed by his dedication and attention to detail. I would very strongly recommend this company.

We are a construction company and have used Palazzos various cleaning services for a few of our sites now and we are extremely pleased with the results all round. They have done builders cleans, spring cleans, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, general household cleaning etc across 3-4 sites for us and we are always really happy with the quality of work they provide and their friendly no fuss service. They have worked both in our vacant clients homes, also when clients/ tenants are home and at our own home and nothing seems to phase them. Would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
