We moved to Preen and Clean after we were let down by our precocious window cleaner. They were recommended to us by our neighbours. We have been pleased with the service, including them returning after our initial clean due to the streaks that were left (hadn’t been cleaned in a while). They always get int ouch to let you know that they are due to come and also message if they are unable to come, and then give you an alternative date when possible. Quick and easy payment system, so can do it online and reasonable prices.

I have been using Preen and Clean since moving to my property a couple of years ago. They always notify you before they are due to visit and have excellent customer service. It’s easy to reach and talk to a real person if needed. This is a company that takes pride in its work, even conducting a follow up visit recently to check the clean met with their standards (which it did). I also like that they clean your door and sills too. You can pay online which is a bonus and the cherry on the cake is they are good value.

I have been using preen and clean for over 6 years, in all that time i have never had any issues or complaints, the email that is sent the day before they are due to clean is a big help, and ensures they have access to the rear of the house, the windows are always perfectly clean. I have used their gutter clean service too which was excellent value for money. Their payment system is easy to use too they are Very polite and nice guys if ever we get a chance to talk, i would highly recommend this company.

We have used Preen and Clean multiple times and always have a great service. The only issue we had was a new member of staff accident cleaned our neighbours windows and not hours. I was able to call and this was rectified the same day without any issue. All the staff we have come in to contact with are exceptionally polite. They reliably do a great job and we will continue to use them in the future.

When our previous excellent window cleaner sold his business the new guys stopped cleaning our window frames. There are plenty of window cleaning companies that work on our street so I watched a few of them do cleans and saw they were all pretty thorough. It was the Preen & Clean hot water system that stood out for me and a year in our windows, frames and doors are consistently clean. Communication is excellent with an email and/or text the day before and a message straight after the clean . If they can't make the date we get an apology and usually a message the next working day with a new date. Great all-round service I happily recommend if asked.
