I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry, a knowledgeable and pleasant chap – especially in a crisis.

I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Great recommendations provided for suppliers, brilliant communication throughout and professional in all elements of the job. It was a pleasure to have him work in our property and would not use any other plumber going forward. Cannot reccommend highly enough.

Fantastic work of restoration and uncovered history and archaeologyo. Don't go on a "Ghosts" day unless you are really into the TV series 😀. Go early if you want food. We got stuck in traffic getting there and had too little time to explore this wonderful place.

We visited from Scotland for the Filming Tour since we are massive Ghosts fans. It was really interesting to see all the rooms they filmed in on the tour. The tour guide, Natalie, was very nice. If you're a fan of Ghosts, I strongly recommend.

This was an unexpected treat, we are lovers of Ghosts and our friends suggested this Fans Event. It is a wonderful house with so much history and fascinating to find out this was linked into the TV series. Well worth a visit and a must if you are a fan.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! If you are looking for a quaint but amazing coffee stop then look no further. This little Italian coffee shop is where you need to be. The staff are amazing friendly and helpful. The coffee is smooth and flavourful. And as for the cake, will, sxxt they're awesome. I had a banana and chocolate loaf cake. It was the full of flavour and moist beyond belief. There were so many cakes on offer that I will have to come and try another. The first bite had so many different flavours coming at you that you don't know what's first. There is ample outside seating to have a catch up with some comfortable seating inside. With a range of lunch options to be had this will definitely be a welcome stop when in the area.

I was warmly greeted by Rita and her son, who were working hard, creating their delicious Italian food and ensuring the café’s decor and presentation were of the highest quality. Over the years, as I’ve continued to visit this wonderful café, I’ve noticed that Rita is unwavering in her commitment to providing only the best products to her customers. I liked Annaré from the moment it opened, and it has only grown more impressive with time. The food, service, and presentation have continually improved, showcasing the dedication and passion behind it. I truly take my hat off to what Annaré has accomplished and to the long hours and hard work Rita has poured into building something so special. This is truly my favourite café!

Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mysterious signs of damp/ leaks. Jamie was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and diagnosed the issue when numerous other plumbers, surveyors and builders have failed. Such a relief to finally get to the bottom of this mysterious damp patch and to be able to fix it. Jamie was also really good at explaining how the internal and external plumbing works in my house and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable about how my own home works!

Very detailed and thorough inspection, our inspector was very experienced and knew where to look. He found 2 leaks which we thought were a rising damp issue but turned out not to be! We were close to getting expensive damp treatments but thought we'd check if we had a leak to be sure, very glad we went with this company
