Contacted them about a leaking valley and 2 flat bay tops. Brian came quickly and assessed the situation and advised us of the solutions. He sent us a quote the same day and on acceptance he gave us an accurate timescale for when he would be able to start. As promised he came when he said and the work was completed over 2 days by 3 very friendly and polite roofers. They took the time to match the tiles by using weathered ones from another area that couldn't be seen and replacing them with the newer tiles. They tidied up after themselves each day. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend them.

Brian's lads worked very hard to complete the re-roofing of our bungalow, coping well with its quirky-layout & the very hot weather. The team kept any disruption to us to a minimum & were polite & courteous at all times. A good indication of their standard of workmanship has been the many comments made by the other villagers.

After a stormy weekend, I'm sure that Brian had a lot of call-outs, but he was able to get to me within the hour of my call to him. I'd had a significant leak through in the downstairs toilet ceiling from an obsolete ventilation tile in the porch-style roof. He talked me through the issues and had quoted on the job within a couple of hours – with a price I was happy to pay. He had said he hoped to be able to get the job done that week, or the next at the very latest – which didn't seem unreasonable to me. But, as it turned out, he was able to get it sorted first thing the next morning. So the whole issue was resolved in a stress-free way in little over 24 hours.

Brian quoted us for a dry verge installation and the job was done within two weeks. Good set of friendly lads: worked well, kept us informed, tidied-up as they went. They worked around a tight access situation and solved a problem with the tricky design of the existing roof. Very happy with the outcome.

I had water ingress down the gable end wall and chimney area. I looked at reviews and BLS roofing were highly rated. Brian came out on a weekend and he immediately knew what the problem was and the best course of action to remedy it. He didn’t try to push for extra work and his quote came through quickly. It wasn’t cheap but right for the job in hand and competitive . I had to wait about a month for a start date but Brian kept me updated. His crew of three arrived and got to work like a well oiled machine. I expected it to take 2 days but it was done in one. The damage and repairs was photographed and shared. Everything was tidied and cleaned as if they had never been. There are a lot of cowboys out there, but BLS roofing is not amongst them and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again

Installed an EV charger away from house that involved crossing a gravel drive and wasn’t a charger they normally install (Wallbox). Installation was on day agreed and only 1-2 weeks from confirming, did an extremely polite and efficient job (I was WFH and only aware of them when I went outside) and left minimal mess to the point we had trouble working out where they’d dug up the drive. Price was comparable to companies quoting for a more straightforward job ie installation close to mains box.

Chris and his team helped us throughout an extension build, advising us the best way forward with our electrical set-up, which included installing a completely new thermostat system, sockets, outdoor lighting, smoke detectors, extractor fans, lighting etc etc. No ask was too much, and they were always on hand to answer any of our questions and advise us. They supplied all materials which were of a high quality and they were on hand to install as required throughout the build process. His entire team was very professional and friendly throughout all the work and the price was very fair for the amount of work carried out. We have already got plans to get them back for further works! I would highly recommend Matson's Electrical!

I posted a job online to request support to have my home car charging point moved from one address to another. Chris was timely in reaching out and spent time discussing the job with myself to ensure that it could be done efficiently and smoothly. Communication was always great and clear. Service on the day was seamless which was really helpful as moving home is stressful as it is. Pricing was very reasonable and the quote was clear from the offset with no hidden charges. The charging point has been fitted To my exterior wall and it’s like it has always been there - very neat job and you can tell that all materials used are great quality. After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.

Lorenzo provided an exceptional dining experience that deserves nothing short of a 5-star review. Four of us traveled from Warwickshire to meet up with two friends to celebrate a friend's retirement, from the moment we stepped into the restaurant on that winter night, we were greeted with a warmth that extended beyond the cozy atmosphere. Heating was beautiful on really cold night. The seating, notably accommodating for someone with hidden disability problems like myself, was extremely comfortable. Now, let's talk about the food – a culinary journey that began with a mushroom starter bursting with flavors. All six of us unanimously rated each dish, from the starters to the mussels and the main course featuring chicken, prawns, and tuna, with a resounding 5 stars. This wasn't your typical mass-produced pub food; it was a symphony of homemade flavors. Even when faced with the disappointment of a finished crème brûlée on the dessert board, the exceptional service kicked in. The waiter not only informed us promptly but also offered to have it made from scratch, despite the 30-minute wait. This level of dedication left us utterly shocked and grateful. The overall experience, from the delectable food to the outstanding service, exceeded our expectations. It was our first-ever visit, and without a doubt, we will be returning on our next visit to friends in the area. Can’t fault Alex & Nathan for the service received today. From start to finish they have been friendly, efficient and professional. The guys came to fix a problem I had with my daughters property within a matter of hours. Quickly and effectively fixing the problem at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend five star service.

Just had a delicious Sunday roast at Flair Bistro Conningsby. The food was absolutely amazing, the best restaurant roast I have ever had!! Generous portions and stuffed bellies all round. The staff were very attentive but not in a fussy way. If your visiting the area make a point of giving this fabulous restaurant a try.

We had a lovely meal here the 3 of us, mains and pudding, everyone loves their meals, we had seabass and spaghetti carbonara, everyone was very happy and thought the meals were really tasty and also good sized portions. The chocolate bomb puddings were out of this world tasty, cool experience to have, and my partner who had ice cream was very happy with her pudding. Service was great, lovely helpful waitress and food came in good time. Nice bottle of white to go with the meal. The decor is nice and modern with some hints of the old cottage it used to be. It was very very clean! There were lots of options on the menu to choose from! Will definitely return

Incredible! The fried pulled pork bites as a starter were possibly the best thing I have ever tasted(didn't manage to get a photo as I ate them too quickly🤣)! We both had a burger and agreed that they were the best burgers we had ever eaten. Chips were also delicious. The service was great too, very friendly, helpful and speedy! We will definitely be returning.

This was our first Flair Experience after looking to celebrate our anniversary whilst staying locally at Tattershall Lakes. We were certainly not disappointed! From the moment we walked in the service was exemplary, the atmosphere was warm an welcoming and the outside of the building couldn't have prepared us for the stunning interior. The food was out of this world and we both agreed that this was by far the best meal out we have had in a long time! The icing on the cake was the chocolate tart we were presented with at the end of the meal wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This was so unexpected but an amazing gesture and topped off an amazing evening! We are regulars at Tattershall Lakes and are already planning our next visit to Flair when we are next here in November. If you are considering booking Flair Bistro, make sure you try it asap, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Really good .my partner called after walking the dog in the next door field and tried a sausage bap which he said was very nice and reasonably priced .I tried the cheese burger at night which came on a lovely floury bap which was good and fries. The fries were exceptional .we are staying on site though there is parking by the side of the reception hut

Outstanding service throughout! The food was fabulous and well presented. I could not fault anything. We had chicken on a skewer, which was amazing. You must give it a try. We had a panini lunch and a slice of cake with coffee. Friendly staff, great service dogs allowed gets busy so best to book in advance if you don't want to be disappointed and prefer to sit indoors.

Delightful place to visit in Woodhall Spa just a short walk from the main drag. We ate about 11.15am deciding on the full English breakfast at £11. Tea was extra at £2.50 so on the more expensive end on offer. Food was really good quality, staff very efficient and friendly. It started getting really busy towards midday where all outdoor tables were full. Well worth a visit if you are intending on exploring the town or just passing through as there is ample parking on street nearby.
