Amazing customer service from Heron Electrical! We recently had a Tesla wall charger fitted at our property and the entire installation went incredibly smoothly. From the engineer arriving early to explaining every step of the install clearly, everything went so much better than we could have hoped for. The price for the install was also the best out there and much lower than other EV charger installers. Very highly-recommended!
Tom from Heron completed the electrical work for our solar and battery install. He was great. The position of our fuse board is a tricky one and he had a job to chase cables through the house between all the different components. Tom carefully explained the options to me and answered any questions I had.
He worked really hard across two days and has done an excellent job. Overall though, he just a really great guy - polite, friendly, happy to answer questions, he cleaned up after himself etc.
Would highly recommend.
