Lovely pub and the mixed grill is superb! Very good value for money too

I chose the minty lamb chops, I found them excellent I asked for them well done how I like them. The other members of the party had chicken, one with Stilton sauce the other with white wine and mushroom sauce and the final member having the all day breakfast. Everything came out together and was hot.

Good food at very reasonable prices. Service was excellent.. in the area for a week and ate here twice already.

Had been told by a few people to try this out and definitely wasn't disappointed! Starter was the breaded brie with onion chutney, and then for mains we did the deal of 2 meals and a bottle of wine for around 23 pounds - the steak was cooked to perfection and the bottle of wine went down nicely!

Excellent evening out for a party of 12. Service was quick and very good. I had jalapeno pepper starter which was really nice and chicken fajitas for main which were delicious - best fajitas I have had anywhere. Alabama fudge cake for dessert - also excellent. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Plenty of parking spaces. I would highly recommend this place and we will return.
